As we continue to grow, so do our staffing needs. “thruchannel” is seeking a Account Manager. This position is responsible for providing basic accounting and administrative support to ensure corporate requirements are met by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Manages the daily interaction with high client satisfaction.
  • Creates data cards and newsletters.
  • Enters and reviews orders.
  • Coordinates invoices, contracts, insertion orders and all other documents required.
  • Analyzes client/order performance and recommends improved optimization of the data.
  • Supports marketing and sales to develop and maintain clients.
  • Liaises with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery and invoicing.
  • Provides superior customer service to clients.
  • Provides feedback to management on how to better satisfy client needs.
  • Other duties that are within education and experience or the incumbent may be assigned for the betterment of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client relationships skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Individual must possess a Bachelors degree in related field, and/or 1-2 years equivalent work experience in marketing or e-commerce environment.
